Description Author

This class can encode and decode Unicode strings with SCSU (Standard Compression Scheme for Unicode).

It can take a text string and encoded it using SCSU to make it better to compress with the LZF algorithm.

The class can also do the opposite, i.e., decode a text string previously encoded using SCSU.
