It could have been done much easier. Completely unnecessary script, too much code

Turn your head on and you'll understand. I see no reason to explain elementary things. Why would I include a bunch of code just to generate a form? And why is it even needed when you can just write it in the template all you need?

To be able to, in a very comfortable way, use and validate field types which plain html doesn't even know about.
